Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings you make for Agave y Espuma's cocktail workshops, whether through an open date on the site or a private or corporate event quoted directly with us. By booking and paying for your spot, you accept what's described here.

Open-date bookings are paid online through Stripe at the time of booking. All charges are processed in Mexican pesos (MXN), regardless of your card's country of origin. Your spot is confirmed once payment is processed successfully; you'll receive a confirmation email with your workshop's details.

For private or corporate events, payment and the specific terms (date, group size, invoicing) are arranged directly with you after we receive your quote request.

You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice there's no refund, but you can reschedule your spot for another available date once, at no extra cost.

To cancel or reschedule, email us at agaveyespuma@gmail.com with your booking confirmation number (found in your confirmation email).

Cancellation terms for private or corporate events may vary based on what's agreed in your quote, since they usually involve reserving our terrace exclusively or moving the workshop to your location, with materials prepared for a specific group. We confirm these terms in writing before requesting any payment.

If the workshop takes place at your home or another location besides our terrace, you're responsible for providing an adequate space (a table, access to water, ventilation) so we can safely deliver the service. We confirm zone coverage before accepting your booking or quote.

Our workshops involve preparing and consuming alcoholic drinks. Participants must be 18 or older. We reserve the right to stop serving anyone who shows signs of intoxication or puts their own safety or the group's at risk.

Agave y Espuma is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of tools, ingredients, or alcohol consumption during the workshop. By participating, you agree to follow our team's instructions for your safety and the group's.

During the workshop we may take photos or video for our social media or website. If you'd rather not appear, let us know at the start of your session.

In the event of force majeure (for example, weather conditions or causes outside our control) that force us to reschedule a workshop, we'll offer you a new date or a full refund of your payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from your booking or your use of this site will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
