Privacy Notice

Agave y Espuma (“we”), operating in Mexico City, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Name, email, and number of people, when you book a workshop.
• Name, email, phone, and, if applicable, your company's name, group size, tentative date, and any message you send us, when you request a quote for a private or corporate event.
• Payment data (such as your card number), which is processed directly on our payment provider's platform, Stripe. We don't store your card details.

We use your personal data to:

• Process your booking and your payment.
• Send you booking confirmation and reminders about your workshop.
• Contact you to put together a quote, if you requested a private or corporate event.
• Respond to your questions or requests.

We don't use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties so they can contact you.

To operate, we share strictly the data necessary with providers that help us deliver the service: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional emails), and Supabase (storing your booking information). These providers only use your data to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes.

Some of our providers (Stripe, Resend, Supabase) process and store data outside of Mexico. By using our services, you consent to this transfer, which is necessary for us to operate.

You can request to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing agaveyespuma@gmail.com. We'll handle your request within a reasonable timeframe.

We currently don't use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this notice.

We may update this privacy notice if our practices change. We'll post any changes on this same page.
