An experience to enjoy Mexico through its flavors, drinks, and good company. Here you come to prepare, mix, taste, and have an amazing time while discovering that making a good drink can also be quite the experience.
The origin
It all started with one of our cousins' bachelorette party. Zazil and Yolia organized it and surprised everyone with a cocktail experience that went so well Nicte wondered, “why don't we do this more often?”. It turned out all three of us were at a point of rethinking where we were headed: Nicte leaving a job behind, Zazil and Yolia free of any set schedule. The idea for Agave y Espuma was born that very night, over drinks, the way the best ideas are born — and this time we decided not to leave it as just a conversation, and actually made it happen.
